Modifications to our stock plans:
We can easily and inexpensively modify our stock plans to suit your needs. Minor modifications such as changing the layout of bathroom and kicthen fixturex can even be included in the regular stock plan price (for vellum plans only). Custom Design Services:
Complete custom residences can be designed for any location in North America, the Pacific Rim, or Europe. Our Firm has wood frame technology which can be exported throughout the world. Call, fax, or email us with the details and we will promptly respond with a quote.

Design services begin with the Preliminary Design Service, where we create a Preliminary Design for floor plans and elevations of your home, based on your original input. The next preliminary is based on that design, and your feedback. We do not proceed to the final Working Drawing until we have your complete approval of the Preliminary Drawings. We also offer a 3D Preliminary Design Service option, which allows the prospective owner and/or builder to see three-dimensional views of the home in the final stages of Preliminary Design.
