This home was designed by Richmond Associates as one of the first homes to be built under the Colorado Green Built Program and was sponsored by the City of Fort Collins Light and Power, City of Fort Collins Water and Waste Water, Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado, Colorado Governor's Office of Energy Conservation, and NAHB Research Center at Colorado State University.
